Holiday Insurance

It is a condition of travel with Rondo Travel that all of our clients/passengers have adequate travel insurance for any travel with Rondo Travel. We do not insist on seeing a copy of your policy but it may be helpful to you if you send us a copy so we may be able to assist in the event of any problems on tour requiring the involvement of your insurance company.

If you travel without adequate holiday insurance you do so at your own risk.

Should you wish to purchase Holiday Insurance or ask for a quote Rondo Travel are able to assist. Rondo Travel is currently an appointed representative of Fogg Insurance.

Please read the policy carefully and ensure it fully meets with you requirements before purchasing. If you or any close relative has any pre existing conditions you should read the policy carefully and contact the number at Fogg Insurance as shown.

Booking Conditions

At the time of confirming your group tour you will receive a copy of our booking conditions. You should sign and return this copy to Rondo Travel. Failure to sign will not be an admission of non-compliance or non understanding of our conditions.

By signing the booking conditions you assume responsibility for the whole group – each and every member. We advise that you provide each member of the group with a copy of the booking conditions. Follow this link to a copy of the current booking conditions.

24 Hour On Call Support

At Rondo Travel we offer 24 hour on call support. For almost all of the tours this means that the person that dealt with you and your tour will be the on call person. This ensures that the person you speak to knows and understands your tour and you do not have to start explaining who you are.

The Directors are all available to the on call person as back up – and Rondo Travel has a full plan in place should assistance be needed.

Emergency Procedures

We all aim for a trouble free tour, but it is a fact of life that things can go wrong. It is vital at that time to remain calm and make the best decisions that are possible for the safety of all of the group.

In these circumstances it is essential that the emergency services, insurance companies, tour operator are all involved in effecting the best outcomes possible.

Group Leaders Tour Pack

Every group leader will receive a tour pack prior to departure. This pack will not only contain copies of previously agreed arrangements with vouchers, but will also include helpful hints on general travel issues and an emergency procedures document.
